Weekend Update

Yipppeee.  Love October.  Looooovvvve Halloween.  Excited when it's time to decorate.  This year I was fortunate to have some "help" with the task.  Gabi, Sophie and Corbin volunteered their services.  I was amused when they brought decorations out of the basement and knew exactly where to display each thing.  Sometimes I think I decorate only for my own pleasure (which I do), but knowing that the kids like/expect it is awesome!
The weekend was filled with Bridge for Brad and I, playing at the Ranch all day Friday from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.  We had an amazing one session, and two really bad sessions.  We took the day off from the tournament on Saturday to watch Corbin play soccer.  The Mighty Mites play a 3 on 3 game....fun to watch!  The girls were meanwhile playing at another

field, and each had a shot at being goalie.

Saturday night was family bowling night.  Wow, I am a really bad bowler!  Pretty sad when the toddlers can defeat you!
Had a great time, though, and the kids enjoyed it.
